Business School Alliance for Health Management (BAHM) Annual Case Competition
April 23, 2016
Hosted by:
BAHM proudly announces its 2016 Annual Case Competition, held at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The case competition allows students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge and innovative techniques to develop the best analysis of real life, industry-related problems and scenarios. We invite each BAHM member school to enter one team into the competition.
Students have the unique opportunity to:
- Network with business peers and professionals
- Meet other graduate students from across the country
- Win first-, second-, and third-place prizes of up to $10,000
Each student team will complete a business analysis of an early stage industry innovation (defined as a medical device, a pharmaceutical, or an information technology) and its prospect in the market. The innovation must be in a pre-commercialization state and not currently for sale in the market. Teams do not have to select an innovation that is guaranteed to have a return on investment; the submissions will be evaluated based on the logic presented in their business analysis and their recommendation for investment.
